Top Tips for Planning Your Party

  1. START EARLY!
    • Is a big birthday coming up? An important anniversary? Or you just want an excuse to gather all your favourite people together! Pick a date and book a venue as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.  The earlier your guests know when and where your party will take place the easier it is for them to plan to be there.  We have 2 wonderful venues in the south of London close to transport links and great entertainment ready to wow your guests.
  2. CHOOSE YOUR SETTING
    • Would you like a rooftop soiree?  A banquet?  Or a brunch?  We have a range of spaces to suite your party needs including a rooftop space, full bar and private VIP changing room in our Erith location.   Both our locations have the perfect spaces for small events like brunches for 30 people right up to large parties for 1000 people. Our Charlton location is wonderfully tucked away to allow for maximum privacy.
  3. ARRANGE ENTERTAINMENT
    • Make sure to book entertainment for your guests as soon as you confirm your booking with us.  Would you like a jazz band to serenade your guests as they arrive? Your child’s favourite cartoon character? Or the best DJ who can keep the dancefloor full all night?  Whatever your choice, be sure to book them in early to avoid disappointment.

  4. ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH
    • ’30 and Flirty’, ‘Ready to Pop’, ‘Miss to Mrs’ or ‘Golden Jubilee’; whatever stage of life your choosing to celebrate make it memorable with sensational décor, brilliant food and personalised touches.  We have an amazing inhouse décor team who can execute any visions you have for your day including but not limited to: balloon arches, centrepieces, dancefloor, lighting, you name it we can provide it!
  5. CAPTURE THE MOMENT
    • We highly recommend hiring a photographer or enlisting a good friend to capture all the wonderful highlights of your event!  Life is wonderful but often our memories are selective and need regular reminders of good times and how much we are loved.   Make sure to capture these moments, print out the photos and frame them around your home.
  6. ENJOY YOUR DAY
    • Now that everything is organised, sit back and enjoy your day!
